I finally finished the Lelah top!! It's pretty cute. :) Though I wish I'd made the top section a bit longer. So it covers a bit more of my bra. Most people don't even notice it though. (Of course, now you will because I just said something, d'oh!)
I made the shrug with some of the leftover yarn. Well, I had a lot of the black. But very little turquoise. Or um "blue mint" I think they call it. lol Anyway...I'm also reading that book The Shop on Blossom Street by Debbie Macomber. It's pretty cute. Of course, I'll sit there with my socks in hand and the book in my lap. Then it occurs to me...I'm reading about people knitting, while knitting. This is serious. hehe
Oh! I totally forgot! Pictures of my socks. They're all cute. Or I think so. The striping seems totally uneven, but I love that. Because I'm a little uneven myself. I need to clean out my big yarn bag. It's a total mess right now...I found some foreign food type object stuck to the pom poms on my precious kitty hat! lol And then Kyran promptly ate them. (I just now discovered while rummaging through my bag that they were old pancakes. Little tiny pancakes. How odd, I guess Ky was saving them for later?)

Found your blog through the craftster 20 something list. Congrats on the little boy and that top in "blue mint" is awesome.
Found you from your post on KnittingNovices... the timing is just perfect! I had a skein of the 12oz Simply Soft laying around that I was wondering what to do with and I was also thinking about trying to find maternity clothes to knit since I don't really like what the local maternity stores carry... your top is georgous and hopefully I'll have one by the end of July to show off myself! Congrats on the baby and congrats on the top :) (and if you find any more, let me know! =P )
First, I must confess my name isn't Kitty, or anything even close. It just comes from an affinity for cats. Second, I love to craft, create, and imagine. I can draw a bit, knit a lot, and sew just enough to get by. My world revolves around the loves of my life; my three children.
Anything more you want to know about me is on Ravelry or check me out on FB!

I'm totally crazy. The patterns I offer are often variations of other patterns, things I have reverse engineered. I don't claim to be wonderful and smart and an all-knowing designer. So enjoy them!.

It looks fabulous!
And what's nice is that it seems like something nice to wear whether pregnant or not. Yes?

Thanks!
I used Caron Simply Soft in Blue Mint. Such a silly name for it.
And yes SP, it might still fit after the baby. Mostly depending on what my chest does. lol
